It is a perfect choice for those of you joining Nottingham Trent University because it is only 12 minutes walk. In fact, the University of Nottingham is only 8 minutes by tram, so getting to lectures is going to be a breeze either way! You can choose from a range of tasteful studios and ensuite rooms in cluster apartments. You can enjoy amenities like bike storage for all you cyclists out there, high-speed wifi and the best part is all utility bills are included.
Orbital student accommodation offers a wide range of studios and ensuite rooms in cluster flats to suit all budget types. All rooms are fully furnished with a large bed, wardrobe, modern ensuite shower and study space. All apartments come with the excellent facility of a washer & dryer as well as a communal kitchen and living area which gives a social space to socialize with friends and flatmates. If you are bringing your cycle along for the daily commute, you don’t have to worry about where to park it; there is secure bike storage where you can leave it.
The most delightful part about living at Orbital student accommodation Nottingham is that you will only be a hop, skip and jump away from local amenities like restaurants and bars. If you have had a long day at uni and just want to unwind with a couple of friends; go home and take a quick shower and walk across to The Sir John Borlase Warren pub only 3 minutes walk. It even has karaoke, so if in the mood to show off your hidden singing talents, here’s your chance! The Organ Grinder pub is 2 minutes around the corner for a change of scene. You will also find Falcon Inn and Oriental Dragon; both offering excellent food options for times when you’re just sick of cooking; less than 2 minutes walk away from Orbital.
You can make the most of city life whilst living at the Orbital since it’s only a short walk from the city centre. The best of restaurants, bars, cafes, entertainments venues and nightlife that the city has to offer will be right at your doorstep. We do recommend a trip to the Nottingham Caves, followed by a drink at Ye Old Trip Jerusalem, as it is believed that the legendary Robin Hood drank there himself! The Bodega Social Club is a great place to enjoy drinks, music in the company of friends and we recommend Ink and Stealth nightclubs for dancing away to the wee hours of morning!
