The Project at Hoxton on Long Street, East London and is a contemporary student accommodation and the only one of its kind. It is a student-led experiment, where residents can shape the way they live and make ways to live better. All London universities are easily accessible thanks to the Borough High Street station only 6 minutes walk away. You can live in a 2-bed apartment or choose from a tasteful selection of studios. Enjoy facilities like bike storage, courtyard & roof garden, onsite gym, gaming dens, social hub and more.

The Project at Hoxton student accommodation is a very radical and new concept in student living, which is focused on your holistic wellbeing. All apartments and studios are designed intelligently in order to maximize the impact of emotion-boosting natural colours and health-enhancing power of light. There is an exceptional variety of studios to choose from in case you plan on living independently. All studios are fully furnished with a double bed, work desk, storage space, en suite bathroom and a fully fitted kitchenette. In case you go in for the shared studio, you will be sharing the en suite bathroom and kitchenette. There are studios that have provision for a private terrace as well. If you don’t mind living with a new person, you could move into the 2 bedroom apartment, which consists of two double bedrooms, study stations and the en suite bathroom and kitchenette are shared.

The facilities offered at The Project at Hoxton student accommodation London are beyond amazing and many are not offered anywhere else! Your mornings can start with Yoga or with some exercise in the well-equipped gym.  If you would like to have breakfast with your mates, you can get together at the breakfast bar. There are plenty of study spaces, which allow you to study in the most effective manner. If you want to socialize with other residents, you can hang out in the social hub with comfy seating. What’s more, there are pool tables, table tennis, table football as well as gaming dens, so you can get your best game on whenever you want to shake off the stress of studies. There is a provision for private dining too, so if your birthday is coming up, have your friends over for dinner. There are regular movie screenings, so if you’re in the mood for a movie on a big screen, that’s the place to be. The Project at Hoxton ensures that you make most of your leisure time and has provisions for various workshops that you can be part of. The best part is, that you can enjoy a DJ night on the premises where you can show off all your smooth dance moves! For a breath of fresh air, there is a green and beautiful courtyard garden or head to the outdoor retreat – the roof garden.

You can enjoy close proximity to local amenities like pubs, bars, restaurants and cafes during your stay at The Project at Hoxton London. After a long day of lectures you and your friends can get together at one of the many pubs or bars that line Hackney Road, only 7 minutes walk away. To name a few; Folklore, Sager + Wilde Wine Bar and the Looking Glass Bar. For all of you who are serious caffeine addicts, you can get to the Long White Cloud or II Mio Caffe, for your early morning cup! On days when you just don’t feel like cooking at all, you just have to pick a restaurant from the numerous ones less than 10 minutes walk. We do recommend Flat Iron, Fennec & Parsley and Taste of China.

The Project at Hoxton is very well located, with excellent transport links to other parts of London. Whilst in London, do take out time to visit the Big Ben, Madame Tussauds Wax Museum and do take a ride in the London Eye. For modern shopping you can head straight to Oxford Street, Bond Street or Regent Street and for some vintage shopping do check out the Spitalfields Old Market. When it comes to the student nightlife, you will be seriously spoilt for choice. With Shoreditch and Brick Lane just within close walking distance, you will find ample bars &pubs, dining options, live music performances and nightclubs galore!

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel the tenancy agreement that you have entered into with us by giving written notice of your intention to cancel on the following basis:

(a) If your notice of cancellation is received in writing within 24 hours after you have submitted an application form and the period of the tenancy has not commenced, we will make no charge and the initial rental payment of £300 will be refunded in full; or

(b) If your notice of cancellation is received 24 hours after you have submitted an application form and before 1st August 2019 and the period of the tenancy has not commenced, you may cancel your booking by writing to us provided that we will be entitled to retain the total initial rental payment of £300; or

(c) If your notice of cancellation is received on or after the 1st August 2019 we will not accept a cancellation/surrender of your tenancy agreement for the Room until a replacement tenant is found for the Room. We shall endeavour to re-let the Room however cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. You will remain liable to pay the rent for the Room and all other charges and costs under your tenancy agreement for the period to the date that a replacement tenancy for the Room commences.  If a replacement tenant is found for the Room we will release you from your tenancy agreement with effect from the date that the new tenancy agreement for the Room begins.

In the event you fail to honour your contractual obligations in relation to the payment of rent on the due dates before the occupation of the Room, we may cancel your tenancy agreement by giving you notice in writing of cancellation; in the circumstances and will not repay any advanced payments made by you to us.

Q. Do I have to be a student to live at the Project?

Yes. You need to be eligible for council tax exemption, which applies to all full-time students and some part-time students. If you’re unsure, your university or college will be able to confirm.

Q. Do I need to take out contents insurance?

No. Contents insurance is included in your rent. The Project works in partnership with leading student insurance provider Endsleigh to offer cover for the belongings you keep in your room (and will share you details with Endsleigh for this purpose). You don’t need to do anything to activate your cover, but do ensure that you fully understand the protection provided and whether it is sufficient for your needs.

Q. Can I connect to the internet?

Yes. Superfast 100Mb broadband and WiFi are available throughout the building.

Q. Do I need to move out during the holidays?

No, your room is yours throughout your contract period. That means that you don’t have the hassle of moving your belongings out over Christmas or Easter and you can stay over these holidays if you like. If you want to stay over the summer break too, that’s easy to arrange, but be sure to book early.

Q. Do you have staff on site?

Yes. The Project at Hoxton has an on-site team to ensure your needs are met and to respond to any issues as and when they arise. The management office is open Monday to Friday, and can answer any questions, deal with problems, offer advice and ensure a friendly face is there to greet you each day. There are also caretakers available around the clock to resolve any maintenance issues quickly and efficiently, as well as a 24/7 security team. All staff are CRB-checked.

Q. Do I have to pay a deposit?

No. Any payment you make upon booking is part of your rental payment.
