Ground floor: hall; new fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dining and sitting area; 2 bedrooms
First floor: 3 bedrooms; bathroom with shower and WC; shower room and WC.
Neat, easily maintained fore and rear gardens, gardener included. Communal parking area at the rear of the property.
Payment Deposit(Per Person): £360
Holding deposit: 1 weeks rent, which is non-refundable
Rent Payment Options:
Pay upfront
Pay quarterly or monthly - Quarterly and monthly rent payments require a UK Guarantor and UK bank account.
If a tenant doesn’t have a UK guarantor, can accept Housing Hand.
First rent payment must be made at least 7 days before the start of the tenancy.
To reserve a property, students will need to pay 1 week holding deposit (which will be deducted from the first months rent).
If they cancel before the contracts are signed then they would just lose this holding deposit.
If they have signed contracts then they would have to find replacements and cannot just cancel the contract.
Q. What is a retainer ?
A. A non-refundable retainer is paid when you wish to take a property, when you move into the property it becomes the deposit and will be protected through one of the government authorised deposit schemes.
Q. What is included in my rent?
A. All utility bills are included - water, electricity, gas and content insurance.
Q. What if i don't have UK Guarantor ?
A. In such scenario, student can either pay upfront or apply to the company Housing Hand to act as your guarantor.
