Deposit Fee:

To secure an apartment, the tenant must pay 1-2 weeks rent plus the cost of mattress protector and shower curtain. Also, a Bond of 2-6 weeks rent depending on the apartment types and the weekly rental figure must be paid prior to check in.

Every resident must pay a Bond. This will be held by Consumer and Business Services on behalf of the owner of the apartment.
• Studio and 1 Bedroom in a 2 Bedroom Apartment: Bond is 4 weeks rent if the weekly rent is up to AU$250, and 6 weeks rent if the weekly rent is more than AU$251.00.
• 1 Bedroom in a Six Bedroom Apartment: Bond is 2 weeks rent.

The Bond is refundable at the end of a Residential Tenancy Agreement if:
• All rent is paid up to date – and rent will be charged on a daily basis until all keys are returned.
• All invoices are paid i.e.additional cleaning and repairs charges.
• The premises is cleaned to our standards and all belongings are removed.
• Any damages are repaired.
• All items on the inventory must be returned to their original position, clean and in good order.
• All swipe cards must be returned to reception.

Payment Mode :

Payments can be made in the following way: 
a) Bank Transfer into the Bank Account. 
b) Direct Deposit at the bank into the nominated Bank Account. 
c) Credit card at the reception desk during business hours 

Once you have entered into an offer and acceptance agreement with the property, you are legally bound by the Residential Tenancies Act and deemed to be in a leasing arrangement.

We understand that from time-to-time issues can arise with your entry into Australia.

Cancellation without penalty is possible if:

• you fail to meet student status requirement;

• you fail to gain lawful entry into Australia

• you cannot enter Australia due to border closures or restrictions

If you are unable to arrive on your selected date due to flight cancellations, we may be able to move your lease commencement date. Depending on the length of delay, there may be some financial penalties incurred. This is handled on a case-by-case basis. If your flight is delayed, please email us

Cancellation due to:

• providing false or misleading information during your application or booking process

• failure to pay your bond or rent in advance

• failure to sign the Residential Tenancy Agreement when required

• a change of mind will result in a monetary penalty. This may include forfeiting some or all of your advance rental payment and/or bond payment and is negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

Q. Who pays for the electricity, water and internet connection?

The electricity and water connection and usage is included in rent – no need to pay bills at the end of each month, enjoy the high-speed Wi-Fi internet (monthly allowance), as part of the room rent.

Q. Will there be car park spaces available?

There will be a limited number of car park spaces available at an additional charge.

Q. Are pets allowed at this property?

Unfortunately, pets are not accepted at this property.

Q. What kind of contracts are offered?

Full Year and Half Year leases are being offered. For requirements are outside of these terms, leave a query.

Q. What fees are payable to reserve my booking?

To secure your booking an advance deposit, which is an amount equal to two (2) weeks’ rent (inclusive of GST).

Q. When will the advanced booking amount be charged?

The advanced booking deposit will be requested for payment once the booking inquiry has been approved.
