Q. What does it mean to have an individual lease?
Individual leasing means that each person is only responsible for their portion of the common areas and their bedroom. If your roommate ends up not coming back for the spring semester, you’re not responsible for their payment.
Q. What is included in the rent?
Rent includes utilities (water, sewer, and trash pickup), extended cable, Internet, washer & dryer.
Q. Do you allow pets?
No, pets are not allowed.
Q. Do you have a roommate matching system?
Yes, a roommate matching system is available.
Q. Is there insurance coverage in the event of a fire, theft or natural causes? Does my lease provide coverage for my belongings?
Insurance will not cover your personal belongings.
Q. What if I need to break my lease or don't return for the spring semester?
The lease is binding and cannot be broken. If you cannot stay after signing your lease, you will need to re-let. Please call for further information.
Q. What do I need to bring to my new apartment?
Bedding, bedroom furniture, common area furniture, toiletries., dishes/cookware are some essentials that you are required to carry along.
Q. How do I receive mail and packages?
Your mail will be delivered to your apartment’s mailbox.
Q. Is there parking on site? Do I have to pay for it?
Yes, each unit is allowed a certain number of parking spaces. If an additional parking space is needed, there would be an additional charge.
Q. Is the internet included?
Yes. High-speed internet in the living room and every bedroom is provided.
Q. Is cable TV included?
Yes. Cable TV with a full line up of channels is provided in the living room and every bedroom.
Q. Can I have overnight guests?
Yes. All guests need to register for a parking pass with the leasing office during normal business hours. As long as you have discussed your guest's stay with your roommates, you can have overnight guests for up to three consecutive nights. Please make sure your guests park in guest parking to avoid being towed.
