We strive to provide first class, fully-furnished apartments for international and local students across the state. All of our apartments are in prime locations and have spacious floor plans, modern amenities, all utilities included in rate, and feature high-end furnishings to help you feel at home.
Payment method:
You can pay your rent online or by mail.
Move-in charges:
1. $250 one-time placement fee
2. $500 security deposit (refundable)

Yes, the apartments are well furnished.
Q How does Kapi match roommates? |
Residents are matched based on the information they provide on their application. Factors such as age, school, and program are considered and facilitated to the best of our abilities.
Q Can I have visitors?
Of course! Visitors are allowed during the day but will have to leave the apartment by 10 p.m. No overnight guests are allowed.
Q Can I smoke inside the apartment?
No. All of our apartments are smoke-free.
