Q. What does it mean to have an individual lease?
A. Individual leasing means that each person is only responsible for their portion of the common areas and their bedroom. If your roommate ends up not coming back for the spring semester, you’re not responsible for their payment.
Q. What is included in the rent?
A. Rent includes: utilities (water, sewer, and trash pickup), extended cable, Internet, washer & dryer.
Q. Do you allow pets?
A. Yes, pets are allowed. There is a deposit of $500 and a nonrefundable pet fee of $250 will be charged.
Q. Do you have a roommate matching system?
A. Yes, roommate matching system is available.
Q. Is there insurance coverage in the event of a fire, theft or natural causes? Does my lease provide coverage for my belongings?
A. Insurance will not cover your personal belongings.
Q. What furniture is provided?
A. Building is fully furnished with a full-sized bed, large desk and chair, and dresser. The living area comes with a comfortable couch, chair, coffee table, end table, TV stand and barstools. The kitchen comes fully equipped with energy efficient appliances, a refrigerator, dishwasher, and washer & dryer.
Q. What if I need to break my lease or don't return for the spring semester?
A. Lease is binding and cannot be broken. If you cannot stay after signing your lease, you will need to sublease. Please call for further information.
Q. What do I need to bring to my new apartment?
A. Bedding, bedroom furniture, common area furniture, toiletries., dishes/cookware are some essentials that you are required to carry along.
Q. How do i recieve mail and pakages?
A. Your mail will be delivered to your apartment’s mailbox.
Q. How close are you to campus?
A. Building is located less than two miles from the University of Texas at San Antonio campus.
Q. What type of parking is available?
A. Parking by permit only. Please contact the office for further details.
