A. Individual leasing means that each person is only responsible for their portion of the common areas and their bedroom. If your roommate ends up not coming back for the spring semester, you’re not responsible for their payment.

A. Lease is binding and cannot be broken. If you cannot live after signing your lease, you will need to re-let. Feel free to get in touch for information on re-letting.

Q. What do I need to bring to my new apartment?

A.  Bedding for a full-sized bed, Toiletries, Dishes/Cookware is required for you to carry to your new apartment.

Q. How close are you to campus?

A. Building is located at 2920 Ramona Ave, just a short bike ride away from the Sac State campus! The Crossings is being built along the new Ramona Ave extension to Folsom Blvd! There is a new connection that will increase accessibility to the California State University, Sacramento campus, improve mobility for pedestrians and bicyclists in the region, encourage mixed-use re-development consistent with the City of Sacramento’s Master Plan, and offer an alternative travel path around the Power Inn Road/Howe Avenue/Folsom Boulevard intersection.
