Choose from 2, 3, & 4 bedroom apartments; each featuring private bedrooms, private bathrooms, washer and dryer, and oversized windows. Our fully-furnished apartments include wood flooring throughout the common areas, plush bedroom carpeting, and full kitchens equipped with all major appliances. Upgrade your apartment to our new platinum floor plans coming Fall 2023! Our platinum apartments will feature a new upgraded furniture package, upgraded plank flooring in common areas and bathrooms, quartz countertops, brand-new stainless steel appliances, a lowered kitchen island, upgraded cabinets and hardware, subway tile backsplash, new kitchen and bathroom faucets and fixtures, modern refreshed paint throughout and upgraded lighting throughout. Our Resident Housing Contracts are installment based, in which a total contract amount can be paid in full at the beginning of the lease, in two semester installments, or in 12 equal monthly payments. If you've chosen the option to submit the total contract amount in 12 monthly payments, each of those installments are due on the 1st of each month, including August 1st and September 1st.
Lease is binding and cannot be broken. If you cannot live at the property after signing your lease, you will need to re-let. Contact a Unilodgers booking specialist for any further clarifications.
Q. Is There Parking Available?
Yes! We offer covered parking spots in our parking deck for residents but please note that spaces are limited. Contact our office for availability and rates!
Q. What's Included In The Rate?
All utilities are included in the base rent payment which include electric, high speed internet, cable, water, trash, and sewer. You will also have access to all of the amenities as well as on site management.
Q. What Is The Green Fee?
The Green Fee is a small additional charge that ensures all appliances and certain utilities are running as efficiently as possible to keep the monthly cost at a minimum. The benefit to residents is not only a set cost each month but unlimited batteries, lightbulbs, and AC Filter replacements.
