The lease term is approximately 11.5 months coinciding with the university’s academic calendar and the total rent for the year is based on that period of occupancy. For your convenience, the total balance of the lease is divided into 12 equal installments due at the first of each month. These installments do not represent a monthly rent amount and are not prorated.

Q. What is the advantage of an individual lease?
An individual lease provides you with your own separate lease agreement and responsibility for only your lease obligations. By signing an individual lease, you and your guarantor avoid the hassle of being responsible if a roommate doesn’t pay their rent.
