Rent Payment
- Rent is due on the 1st of the month & late on the 4th of the month.
- Beginning on the 4th, late fees start at $35 and accrue at an additional $5 a day.
- Acceptable forms of payment: Check, money order/cashier’s check, and debit/credit card via Online Portal.
- For a receipt, payments must be made during regular office hours. Payments after hours can be submitted through the rent drop box.
Financial Aid
- Your Financial Aid Deferment Form is due on or before the 3rd of the month to avoid late fees.
- Knights Circle will only defer a max of 2 consecutive installments.
- You CANNOT defer your first month of residence.
You have three installment payment options to pay the entire amount due under the lease – one installment, two installments, or twelve installments. If you choose to pay a single installment for the entire amount, that single installment is due August 1. If you choose to pay in two semester installments, those installments are due August 1 and January 1. If you choose to pay in twelve installments, the first installment is due on August 1 and the remaining eleven installments are due on the 1st of the next eleven months. Please note that these are all installment payment options and not monthly rent.
Knights Circle’s lease is a binding contract and cannot be broken. If you cannot live at Knights Circle after signing your lease, you will need to find someone to take over your lease or re-let your unit. Please call the leasing office for information on re-letting.
Q. How does your laundry system work?
At Knights Circle every unit comes with a full size washer and dryer. You will never have to collect coins again or run out in bad weather to get your laundry done! Residents can do it in the comfort of their own home.
Q. What type of events do you have at Knights Circle?
We plan monthly resident events that may range from a basketball tournament to a Fall Carnival and EVERYTHING in-between! The staff also plans weekly events, including Movie Knights and Games Knights held in our Movie Theater. Knights Circle knows the importance of making our residents feel at home within our community and kick off the New Year, each year with Resident Appreciation Week. During the warmer months, residents enjoy our cookouts by the pool with music or sometimes a live DJ.
Q. What do I need to bring to my new apartment?
We provide a more detailed list when you are sent your Welcome Packet, but here are just a few items we suggest that you bring:
- Bedding (recommend full sized sheets w/mattress cover).
- Shower Curtain.
- Toiletries.
- An alarm clock.
- Decorations to make your new room feel like home!
Q. What type of parking is available at your community?
We offer one (1) free parking pass per resident at Knights Circle. There are more than enough parking spots for our residents, so you won’t have to worry about having to walk far to get to your car. Knights Circle offers separate locations for visitor parking throughout the property as well.
