Rent is due on the 1st of every month; however, there is a grace period until the 3rd. On the 4th, rent is considered late and subject to a fine.
You can pay online using a debit/credit card, set up an automatic withdrawal, Echeck, or pay with a check or money order at the Leasing Office. No cash is accepted.
Pet fees: $350 (Non-Refundable ) / $30 Rent
Lease is binding and cannot be broken. If you cannot live at the property after signing your lease, you will need to re-let. Contact a Unilodgers booking specialist for any further clarifications.
Q. Is parking available?
College Station offers open parking to residents with a parking decal. Parking decals are provided annually with a one time parking decal fee. Visitor parking is also available.

Yes! Dogs and cats are very welcome here! There are modest pet fees as well as dog breed and weight restrictions apply.
