Q. Do I have to bring any furniture?
We offer both furnished and unfurnished apartments, you decide! (subject to availability)
Q. What is included in the rent?
Water, trash, and the internet, are all included. There is an electric allowance of $35 per resident. All apartments come with a full-size washer and dryer, refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and garbage disposal.
Q. Is the community pet-friendly?
Campus crossings Alafaya allows approved pets. Breed restrictions do apply. All other pets are prohibited.

Q. Is there parking available?
Yes, all resident vehicles must be registered with the office and a current year's parking decal must be displayed. Guests are permitted to park in designated guest parking areas.
Q. Do I sign my own lease or with roommates?
Each resident is only responsible for the rent on his/her bedroom – this is referred to as “by the bed” leasing rather than a “joint & several” lease. So, if one resident moves out, the remaining roommates are not responsible for that roommate's rent.
Q. What furniture is provided and what is included in the kitchens?
All apartments include a breakfast bar, full-size refrigerator, stove, hood range, full-size sink with garbage disposal and microwave.
