The kitchen has all the necessary equipment and stainless steel appliances to make your stay convenient. There is super fast internet through WiFi everywhere and the units are all cable ready. For the warm months you can use the air conditioning and switch to using the fireplace when it gets too cold. Students get their own private bedrooms with individual locks and personal attached bathrooms. The living space has deep vaulted ceilings and the walk-in closets are accessible from this space. Laundry is not a bother at all as there is a set of washer/dryer in each unit. Select units are smoke free while some are fitted with ramps for wheelchair access. Cottages at Norman have well designed communal spaces like a fitness centre, a beautiful spa and swimming pool and a volleyball court for a game or two. There is also a business centre and a clubhouse with a tanning salon to keep up the good looks. 

Rent Inclusion

You will not have to pay extra for cable, water, gas, sewer and trash removal as it is included in the student housing rent package.

Transport 

You can take the community’s shuttle bus service to the University of Oklahoma campus or even drive around to anywhere across town.

• The Empire Plaza is a great shopping centre and all around entertainment area just a mile from the premises.

• Take a stroll through East Village Retail Centre which has both brand shopping and good food and beverage options.

• Get your natural history knowledge updated at the Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History. Its a 15-20 minutes walk away. 

• The museum of Osteology is really cool as it is America’s largest Skeleton Museum with over 40 exhibits to explore and a scavenger hunt as well.
