With its 2 to 5 bedroom floor plans and excellent amenities, Cottages of Norman is one of the most fun places to stay for an upbeat student living experience.
Amenities
Living at Cottages of Norman is as much fun as it is comfortable. The flats have 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom units, in which all units have a spacious living area and a good sized kitchen with granite countertops. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment and stainless steel appliances to make your stay convenient. There is super fast internet through WiFi everywhere and the units are all cable ready. For the warm months you can use the air conditioning and switch to using the fireplace when it gets too cold. Students get their own private bedrooms with individual locks and personal attached bathrooms. The living space has deep vaulted ceilings and the walk-in closets are accessible from this space. Laundry is not a bother at all as there is a set of washer/dryer in each unit. Select units are smoke free while some are fitted with ramps for wheelchair access. Cottages at Norman have well designed communal spaces like a fitness centre, a beautiful spa and swimming pool and a volleyball court for a game or two. There is also a business centre and a clubhouse with a tanning salon to keep up the good looks.

The museum of Osteology is really cool as it is America’s largest Skeleton Museum with over 40 exhibits to explore and a scavenger hunt as well.

Payment Mode:
Residents can pay online 24 hours per day, by credit card or ACH electronic checking. The property also offers automatic payment by either credit card or checking account - just fill out one page, one time and payments will be made automatically. Convenience fees apply for credit card and debit card payments.
Once this Housing Agreement is signed by Owner and Resident, Resident can terminate occupancy by providing written notice to Owner and by fully vacating the premises, provided that in all cases Resident will remain fully responsible for the Total Rent that would have accrued under this Housing Agreement, through the end of the full original Term.
No exception can be made for financial hardship, academic changes, family matters, medical issues, roommate conflict, or any other reason. Any charges associated with damage to a bedroom space, apartment, or the Property or Resident’s failure to vacate completely upon termination, will be payable in addition to the foregoing amount.
After such termination, the Owner will use its commercially reasonable efforts to contract with other individuals for the use of all available bedroom spaces, including the bedroom space vacated by Resident; if and when all such available bedroom spaces at the Property are fully assigned and occupied and no bedroom spaces remain vacant, Resident will receive a credit equal to the remaining charges that would have accrued under this Housing Agreement, prorated from such date through the end of the original term hereof, less a $200 cancellation/marketing fee which is in addition to all other charges provided.
