The Stuyvesant Heights House is located in the historic Stuyvesant Heights neighborhood in Brooklyn. This Renaissance Revival-style home epitomizes historic Brooklyn architecture, with high ceilings, large windows and exposed brick throughout.
The Stuyvesant Heights House consists of eight units spread across the four floors of living space within this classic Brooklyn row house. Multiple subway stations and bus stops are within walking distance, making it a great base from which to commute into Manhattan or explore the rest of Brooklyn.
This house is a six-unit property with hardwood floors, updated appliances and exposed brick throughout. The kitchen and common areas are open, with high ceilings and exposed beams, and the bedrooms have large windows to let plenty of light in. The apartments are all furnished with everything you’ll need for work and play.
The space is move-in ready; all you have to do is show up with your suitcase.
LOCATION
This coliving house is located in the historic Stuyvesant Heights neighborhood, filled with historic Brooklyn brownstones along tree-lined streets, and within walking distance of plenty of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The closest subway station is Utica Ave., served by the A and C trains and just a 11-minute walk away, followed by the Kosciuszko Street Station, served by the J train and just a 12-minute walk away. Multiple bus lines also serve the neighborhood.
You can reach the exciting Lower East Side neighborhood in less than half an hour, as well as Lower Manhattan in 30 minutes and Midtown Manhattan in 40 minutes.
The private (Large) Room is nicely built providing ample space for storage and living. The apartment offers a private bedroom with a shared bathroom, kitchen, and living space. It also offers closets, a fridge, and microwaves for a comfortable stay at the property.

All payments are sent as electronic invoices sent to your email. You may pay in any electronic format; we discourage cash or checks, though it is possible. For your first moth's rent, you will receive an invoice to pay after being approved as a client. For all future month's payments, when you pay depends on when you move in.
If you aren’t moving in on the first day of the month, your first months invoice will be for one month starting from your move-in date. For the second invoice, you will be billed a pro-rated amount until the last day of the month. After that, all future months will be billed from the first day of the month to the last day of the month.
If you are moving in on the first of the month, your rent is always due on the first of the month, with no pro-rated invoices.
If you would like to cancel during your stay, you will be responsible for two additional payments: the payment of your next month’s rent, plus a US$690 Tenant Replacement Fee. So, for example it's January 14th, and you have already paid for the month of January. Now you would like to cancel. You will be responsible for paying for the month of February, plus a US$690 Tenant Replacement Fee.
We are happy to waive our US$690 tenant replacement fee and 30 days notice if you find someone that is willing to take over your lease, goes through our process and meets our criteria. For additional information, please reach out to our customer service team.
Security deposits are refunded within 15 days of departure from the Outpost Club premises. Deposits are returned to the account they were paid with, and this is the only way we are able to return funds. If you have since closed the account that you used to pay the security deposit, contact that bank, explain the situation, and they usually can temporarily re-open the account so you can receive and withdraw the funds.
If you paid us your security deposit using HelloRented, the security deposit will be refunded to HelloRented.
If you paid us your security deposit in cash, you will receive it back in cash or through bank transfer.
Q. What's included in the rent?
Gas, Electricity, Water and Wifi is included in the rent.
Q. Is the property fully furnished?
Yes, the property is fully furnished.
Q. Is there laundry?
It depends on the house, so some houses have no machine (but laundromats right around the corner), some houses have coin-operated machines and some have free laundry. You can find out the specifics on the house pages.
