The Downtown Brooklyn House is a recently renovated house in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. This prime location is in a cozy neighborhood with an incredible array of food, drink and shopping options. The house is centrally located, allowing members quick access to the best neighborhoods in both Brooklyn and Manhattan.
The house itself is a beautiful four-story brownstone that perfectly fits the neighborhood’s ethos. The interior is newly renovated and has updated wooden floors, furniture and appliances, to make the house feel modern but warm. This coliving space is made up of five separate apartment units.
This coliving space is right in the heart of the trendy neighborhood of Boerum Hill, Brooklyn.
The Downtown Brooklyn House is a 6-minute walk to the F and G trains and a 10-minute walk to the A Train. It takes 15 minutes to get to Manhattan.
The location is near coffee shops, a host of bars and restaurants, supermarkets, delis and event centers.
The private Room is nicely built holding good storage and living space. The apartment offers a private bedroom and bathroom with a shared kitchen and living area. It also offers a fridge, wardrobe, study desk, and chair for a comfortable stay at the property.

All payments are sent as electronic invoices sent to your email. You may pay in any electronic format; property discourages cash or checks, though it is possible. For your first month's rent, you will receive an invoice to pay after being approved as a resident. For all future month's payments, when you pay depends on when you move in.
If you aren’t moving in on the first day of the month, your first month's invoice will be for one month starting from your move-in date. For the second invoice, you will be billed a prorated amount until the last day of the month. After that, all future months will be billed from the first day of the month to the last day of the month.
If you are moving in on the first of the month, your rent is always due on the first of the month, with no pro-rated invoices. Contact a Unilodgers booking specialist for more information
If you would like to cancel during your stay, you will be responsible for two additional payments: the payment of your next month’s rent, plus a $690 Tenant Replacement Fee. So, for example it's January 14th, and you have already paid for the month of January. Now you would like to cancel. You will be responsible for paying for the month of February, plus a $690 Tenant Replacement Fee.
Property is also able to waive off $690 tenant replacement fee and 30 days notice if you find someone that is willing to take over your lease, goes through their process and meets their criteria. Contact a Unilodgers booking specialist for more information
Q1. What do your cleaners clean?
Our trusted team cleaning team prepares your room before your stay, then cleans all common/shared areas and restocks all supplies during your stay.
Q2. What are the rooms like?
We have everything from single rooms with private bathrooms to shared rooms with shared bathrooms, depending on your budget.
Q3. How big are the rooms?
Our smallest private rooms are around 70 square feet and our largest private rooms are around 140 square feet, and we have everything in-between.
Our smallest two-person room is around 75 square feet, and our largest is around 170 square feet.
