The complex is located at 811 N St, Lincoln, Nebraska 68508. This super cool off-campus Lincoln student housing community features 2 and 4 bedroom apartment units complete with high-speed internet access and great amenities.
Amenities
The apartment at 8N Lofts are built in a way to ensure comfort for the student. There are 2-floor plans to choose from - a 2 bedroom, living room, and kitchen unit and a 4 bedroom, living room and kitchen format. Any unit you choose, you are assured of high-speed access in the apartment and outside in the common areas. The kitchen has an island countertop as well as the standard one along a wall and there is also a microwave for quick heating. The 8N Lofts apartment units are all air-conditioned for the warm months and heated during the winters. You can make as frequent trips to the fitness center as you would like and also chill with your neighbors and friends over a relaxing barbecue session at the grilling stations in the common areas.
Rent Inclusions
Basic utilities are included in the student housing rental package. These are water, electricity, cable and sewer and trash removal services.
Security and Maintenance
Security and maintenance is the property owners’ responsibility and they take it very seriously.

There is a dependable local transit service available for students.

Residents can pay online 24 hours per day, by credit card or ACH electronic checking. 8|N Lofts also offers automatic payment by either credit card or checking account — just fill out one page, one time and payments will be made automatically. Convenience fees apply for credit card and debit card payments.
Once this Housing Agreement is signed by Owner and Resident, Resident can terminate occupancy by providing written notice to Owner and by fully vacating the premises, provided that in all cases Resident will remain fully responsible for the Total Rent that would have accrued under this Housing Agreement, through the end of the full original Term.
No exception can be made for financial hardship, academic changes, family matters, medical issues, roommate conflict, or any other reason. Any charges associated with damage to a bedroom space, apartment, or the Property or Resident’s failure to vacate completely upon termination, will be payable in addition to the foregoing amount.
After such termination, the Owner will use its commercially reasonable efforts to contract with other individuals for the use of all available bedroom spaces, including the bedroom space vacated by Resident; if and when all such available bedroom spaces at the Property are fully assigned and occupied and no bedroom spaces remain vacant, Resident will receive a credit equal to the remaining charges that would have accrued under this Housing Agreement, prorated from such date through the end of the original term hereof, less a $200 cancellation/marketing fee which is in addition to all other charges provided.

Q.What are the policies on pets, smoking and guests?
8|N Lofts is a no-pets community. The community is smoke-free in all indoor areas. Guests are welcome at all times, subject to the consent of roommates and security considerations. Overnight guests are welcome, with limits on the number of days and guests.
Q. Are the Apartments furnished?
Yes, all the apartments are fully furnished.
Q. Can I live with friends, or can you match me with roommates?
You can select your roommate(s), or you can apply on your own and we can match you with other students. Applicants answer a short list of lifestyle questions to help in the matching process.
Q.What kind of safety and security are provided?
8|N Lofts has fire sprinklers, plus electronic locks and individually locking bedroom doors. Community courtesy patrols are provided at select times. Management staff are also on-site 24×7 and can be reached by a 24-hour phone number.
