It is an ideal student accommodation for international students enrolled at Texas A&M University- Kingsville. The student housing offers several options for students: 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms or 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Individual leases are also available.

That’s why bedrooms at Javelina Station student housing are move-in ready and include a full-sized bed, dresser, and study desk with chair. These private bedrooms are spacious enough so you won’t feel cramped—and with the ability to lock your door, you can have privacy whenever you need. These apartments near Texas A&M University Kingsville include ceiling fans in bedrooms and living rooms to help combat the Texas heat. Kitchens include a microwave, full-sized refrigerator, and breakfast bar. A full-sized washer and dryer are also included. When you’re not studying, utilize one of the multiple property amenities, include the 24-hour fitness center, movie theater, outdoor kitchen, clubhouse, or resort style pool. Students that wish to bike to campus can store their bikes in on-site bike rack.

Q. What do I need to bring to my new apartment?
The furniture and appliances are included but the students will need to bring decor, trash bags and plates etc for their common area and for the bedroom they need to bring pillows, towels, decor, linens etc.
Q. What if I need something fixed in my apartment?
If the students face any issue regarding anything related to maintenance in the rooms; then the property has their own maintenance staff which is available 24/7.
Q. Are Apartments pet-friendly?
No, the apartment is not pet-friendly.
Q. What if a resident is under quarantine when scheduled to move in?
We hope this does not happen but if any incoming resident must quarantine for any reason, they can elect to delay your move-in. Please understand that we cannot prevent a resident from taking occupancy of their unit. Health advice is to quarantine in their “home”, and once the lease begins that home is their Peak Campus apartment.
Q. My city/state has a mandatory quarantine period for people coming from high-risk states. How are you handling residents moving in from those places?
Residents coming from a state identified by the local government as “high risk” may begin occupying their apartment immediately, as their mandated quarantine takes place in their own home. Once their lease begins, their Peak Campus apartment is their home. However, we do ask that no guests from these locations come into their apartment or our community.
