Yugo Eugene Skybox & Courtside is a student housing facility located on 1425 Villard Street, Eugene, Oregon. It is ideal for domestic and international students enrolled at the University of Oregon. The walkable location is just a block from the University Of Oregon campus, and mere steps to classrooms, schools and library. The student accommodation has floor plans of one, two, three and four bedroom apartments. With the 2010 arrival of the Matthew Knight Arena, the Arena District has become the center of campus life. The new construction forged a new energy, a new vibrancy, and being a resident here puts you in the middle of it all.

Each apartment at Yugo Eugene Skybox & Courtside comes with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, a microwave and a washer and dryer. All the common areas are furnished, and a few select units also have balconies. The community amenities include a barbeque grill area for Sunday brunches with your friends, a rooftop fire pit to roast marshmallows on those nippy winter evenings, a fitness center to help you stay in shape, a game room, a coffee bar, a TV lounge to binge watch your favorite shows, a clubhouse and study center to help you concentrate in peace. There is Wi-Fi in all the common areas and residential units at this student housing community.
