Q.Is the apartment is Pet-Friendly?
It is a pet friendly community and therefore allows dogs and cats. The weight restriction for a dog should be approximately 65 pounds. Please contact the leasing office for more information about pet fees and monthly pet rent.

They offer covered garage parking which is located across the street from the Seneca, at a rate of $85 per month. There are some additional offerings of surface lot parking and meter parking.

The Seneca Apartments does not have furnished apartments however we have a friendly rapport with CORT furniture.
