Amenities
The apartment units at Balcony Auburn have three formats to choose from, a small and private single bedroom unit all the way from 2 and 3 to the much larger 4 and 5 bedroom flats. Each unit features ceiling fans and a dedicated security system. There is a cooking range, oven, stainless steel appliances, and a refrigerator in the kitchen. The community is gated and there is controlled access to the whole complex and also to your apartment. You can chill out at the clubhouse with your pals in the evenings. Balcony Auburn student accommodation community welcomes dogs and cats as residents for an additional fee. For parking, you can take up a spot in the surface parking lot or garage.
