Q. What does it mean to have an individual Housing Contract?
A. Individual leasing means that each person is only responsible for their portion of the common areas and their bedroom. If your roommate ends up not coming back for the spring semester, you’re not responsible for their payment.
Q. What is included in the rent?
Yugo Auburn North includes utilities (water, sewer, and trash pickup), extended cable, Internet, washer and dryer, access to all community amenities, and a wonderful, on-site staff to help anytime you need them.
Q. Do you have a roommate matching system?
If your student doesn’t have a roommate, we can find them one! Each resident will fill out a Roommate Matching form so we know what they are looking for in a roommate. During the summer, we spend weeks looking at these preferences and matching them up with the best person available.
Q. What do I need to bring to my new apartment?
We suggest that you bring: A bedding and mattress cover for a full-sized bed. Toiletries. Dishes/Cookware Any cleaning supplies for general apartment upkeep Decorations to make your new room feel like home!
