Huntsman House student accommodation forms a part of the Sheffield 2 student village and the University of Sheffield is 5 minutes, while Sheffield Hallam University is 15 minutes away on foot. There are ensuite rooms in shared flats offered, providing an ideal environment for group sharing. You can avail unique facilities such as kitchen cleans, in-house housekeeping, on-site maintenance team, printing services and so much more.

The Huntsman House Sheffield offers Ensuite rooms that are fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, ensuite bathroom and study area so that you can study effectively and enjoy the privacy of your own room. All flats come with a communal fully fitted kitchen and an adjoining living space, and many have balconies with excellent city views. This communal area is the perfect place for you to put grandmother’s recipes to test or to simply unwind, socialize with flatmates and friends. It is a great option for those of you who would like to move in with a group of friends and even for those who like to thrive in a sociable environment.

There are some excellent facilities and services provided at Huntsman House student accommodation like 24 hours on-site security to ensure you have a secure stay; the on-site maintenance team will take care of all things that need fixing in your apartment. If you have some important documents to print out, be it related to academics or even if its tickets, you can avail the printing services. The biweekly Kitchen Cleans and In-house Housekeeping service is an absolute delight because every two weeks your kitchen and common lounge area will be made sparkly clean and fresh, that too free of cost. You can now do laundry whenever you fancy at the on-site laundry area and while those clothes are being washed; you could chill out in the Communal Lounge and get to meet new people. There are regular Social events organized according to the Social Calendar in place, which allow you to have a cultural exchange with the large student community.

You will be less than 5-10 minutes away from ample restaurants so in case you were hunger struck and in no mood to cook, there is an array of cuisines waiting to be explored! We recommend Ginseng, Lucky Fox and Hui Wei restaurants. The best place to relax and socialize with friends is The Red House, as they offer an amazing selection of drinks and sumptuous food; also because it is literally at your doorstep. The Wellington pub is a popular student hang-out, and only about 8 minutes away.

There is a Tesco’s literally next door to Huntsman House Sheffield, so you are never going to run out of daily amenities and with the city centre a mere 14 minutes’ walk you will never run out options for things to do. Sheffield is known for its Creative Arts scene so you can explore the various galleries to absorb the culture. You could do some shopping at the malls, explore independent shops, fit-in an easy lunch with friends and maybe catch a movie at the 2nd largest Cinemaplex in the UK, later on. Netherthorpe Road Tram Stop is only minutes away, so getting around the city will be a breeze. You will also be very close to West Street, which reflects the vibrancy of the Sheffield student nightlife.
