This is refundable at the end of your tenancy so long as there are no damages to the property or rent outstanding.
Mode of Payment:
Normally by cheque if a UK student or card or transfer if international.
International students normally pay in full for the year. If they have a UK guarantor they can pay in 3 instalments. If they have a university or company guarantor they can pay monthly.
If a booking is completed they cannot cancel without finding a replacement tenant to take their place.

Q. What payments need to be made by the student overall - bond, deposit, advance rent, security fee, application fee, etc?
The only payments that need to be made are deposit and rent if the tenant chooses an all-inclusive option. If not they will need to pay the utilities themselves.
