Mode of payment:
You will need to pay a booking fee by credit or debit card to secure your room. If you choose to pay by credit card, a 2% surcharge will be levied. This will appear as a separate charge on your statement.
This booking fee will become your security deposit once you move in.
Pay in three instalments if you have a UK guarantor – this is a person (not a company or government) who lives and works full time in the UK, is willing to submit to a credit check, and can commit to paying your rent if you fail to do so.
Updates to Policy (Covid-19)
Regular Policy
Once you have paid your holding deposit and you have been allocated a room, then should you decide to cancel then the holding deposit is non-refundable. If you have paid the holding deposit and signed the licence agreement then you will be held to the terms of the licence until a replacement licensee is found.
If you rebook a room for a subsequent year and your deposit is carried forward, and then you decide to cancel this booking then the deposit will be withheld.
Q. Do I need to bring any furniture?
All rooms are well equipped with high quality furnishings that provide ample storage and comfort.
Q. Is Parking space available on site?
Yes, the property has plenty of bike storage space but has very limted space for car parking.
Q. Can I smoke in my room?
No, smoking is not allowed in the room but there are designated smoking areas which you are welcome to use.
Q.Are there recycling facilities on-site?
Of course. Every site is equipped to recycle cardboard, plastics, paper and glass, and recycling tubs can also be found in each room. To recycle other items, check out the options with your scheme manager.
