In just 6 minutes you’ll reach intu Victoria Centre which is home to every store you’ll ever need, ideal for some fresh air after hours of studying.You and your friends can dance the night away at some of Nottingham’s famous clubs and bars like Rock City (9 minutes), Coco Tang (14 minutes), Ocean (18 minutes) and Pitcher and Piano (16 minutes).

Your yearly rent is calculated as your weekly rent times 52 weeks, divided by 12 payments (monthly) or 4 payments (quarterly).
An initial payment of £200 is required to reserve a room. The £200 holding retainer paid to reserve your property will be deducted from your first month’s rent.
The contract will outline the dates on which rental payments are due. We request that all tenants pay rent via Direct Debit. However, payment can be made over the phone, via our website, bank transfer or standing order. Please note there may be a 72 hour delay from making the payment to the payment showing on your tenant portal. We accept Mastercard and Visa. Payment plans can be changed to monthly, quarterly or in line with student loan payments. We ask tenants to contact us with details of payment plan change requests and we will get back to you.
Please note the first rental instalment date cannot be altered and 14 days notice minimum is required for any payment plan changes.
All tenants must have a UK based guarantor in order to pay in installments.
Cancellation Policy
Once the holding retainer is paid, this is non-refundable after 24 hours. A student can still drop out after a holding retainer is paid. Once a student becomes fully contracted (in receipt of a countersigned contract) they are unable to drop out of the tenancy unless they find a replacement. The student is responsible for finding their own replacement and is liable for the rent until they do so. A replacement is only possible whilst there is still at least 6 months remaining on the tenancy.
Q. Can I rent a crib as a non-student?
You don’t have to be a student to live in a Crib, but you would be liable for council tax. You can find out the cost through the council. It will then be the landlords discretion for you to live in that property.
Q. I rented with student cribs last year, do I still have to have a right to rent check?
If you are renting a different property with us, or have a break in your contract, you must have another check carried out, this is because, legally, you are entering into a brand new contract with us.
