Cancellation Policy:
1. Normally, there are 10 days of the cooling period if the student cancels the booking within 10 days of signing the contract, you can cancel the booking and do not need to be responsible for the contract, however, any paid deposit will not be refunded.
2. If the student cancels the booking after the cooling period then he will be responsible for the contract and he will need to find someone the take the room. Again, any paid deposit will not be refunded.
3. During this Covin-19 period (before the end of June 2020), if any student cancel the booking due to visa rejection or university postpone the course start time, then the student can cancel the booking without being responsible for the contract, however, any paid deposit will not be refunded. Also, we need to see the official proof from the visa centre or the university.
Regular Policy -
If you cancel this agreement after 7 days from the date of acceptance, you will be liable for paying the accommodation fees for the remainder of the license term, unless a replacement is found. Are placement must be a student who has not already registered for any student beehive accommodation.
If you are unsure of your obligations under this agreement, then you are advised to take independent legal advice before signing.
Q. What can I do if my neighbors are being too noisy after hours?
If you feel like you can approach your neighbors then you do have the authority to do so. If you do not feel comfortable doing this, please call the warden.
Q. Who is in charge of the cleaning?
Across all the sites there are communal cleaners for shared kitchens and living areas. However, it is down to you to keep your room clean and tidy.
It is not the cleaner's job to remove bin bags, please ensure you keep your room and kitchen area free from rubbish at all times.
Q. Can I have friends/family to stay overnight?
You are responsible for any guests that you have staying with you and are liable if they cause any problems. But of course, friends and family are always welcome.
Q. Can I smoke in my room?
All our properties are non-smoking throughout. There are usually outside areas for you to smoke with ashtrays provided.
Q. Can I Bring My Pet To Live With Me?
