It is located at Kentish Town, 65-69 Holmes Road, Kentish Town, London NW5 3AN. Local and international students will find The Stay Club student housing community a professional base from where they can explore and take advantage of all that their student years have to offer.

From studios to suites, all apartments have double or bunk beds, study spaces, kitchenettes and plenty of storage. Stocked with linen, towels and kitchen utensils to make you feel at home right away. A microwave and a fridge, with electric hob and cutlery, will ensure that you can whip up a meal or a snack anytime. There’s a dedicated laundry room with washers and dryers, so it’s convenient for you to get dirty laundry taken care of in a jiffy. Because this is a mixed-use development, you’ll find inspiring and vibrant activities that match all your moods at virtually all hours, be it at the coffee shop, cinema, disco or gym.

Updates to Policy (COVID-19)
We understand this is a time of uncertainty and would like to reassure you that we will accept late cancellations if you are unable to reach the United Kingdom due to entry restrictions imposed by the government. Each cancellation request must be sent with supportive documents at least 14 days prior to the booking start date. If confirmed, you’ll be released from the contract and will receive your deposit and first instalment back.
Cancellation Policy
Cooling off period - Cooling off period All bookings receive a 5-day ‘cooling off’ period starting from the booking confirmation date. If you request to cancel within this period, you’ll be released from the contract and receive a full refund. Please note, should your check-in date fall within these 5 days, this will classify as the end of your ‘cooling off’ period.
Outside cooling off period - Once the 5-day ‘cooling off’ period has expired, you’ll be liable to pay your accommodation fee as per your licence agreement, however, you do have the option to find a replacement occupier (at our sole discretion).
University refusal - Until 31st July, any cancellation requests outside the ‘cooling off’ period will be considered only if you have not been accepted into your chosen London University. Each cancellation request will be taken on a case-by-case basis and must be supported by documents confirming university refusal. If confirmed, you’ll be released from the contract but will not receive a deposit refund. After 31st July cancellations outside the ‘cooling off’ period will not be considered.
Q. Do you allow pets?
Pets are not allowed in our properties.
Q. What if I want to move rooms during my stay?
If you wish to change Studio during your stay with us, please let us know about it. We will do our best to arrange this for you depending on availability. This action may incur an administration fee.
Q. What is included in the accommodation fee?
All utility bills, water, electricity, Internet access are included in the accommodation fee.
Q. Do you take charges for laundry facilities?
Yes, the property is equipped with on-site coin-operated and cashless washing machines and dryers.

Q. What happens if something in my room, e.g. a chair or light bulb breaks?
Our maintenance team is available Monday to Sunday, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. In the case of emergency please contact us & will help resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Room clean is available from £12.00, Contact us to make a booking.
Q. What is the easiest Transport link from the property?
Tube: The underground is the easiest way to travel around London. Airport pickup: this service is available at an additional cost. Please contact us to avail of the facility.
Q. What is included in the rooms?
All our studios have a private bathroom and kitchenette equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, hobs, and kitchen utensils. Linens and towels are included in the Studio.
Q. What is the check-in process?
Please contact us before check-in prior to your License start date.
Q. What are the check-in times?
Check-in time is from 3 pm to the Licence start date. If there are any outstanding payments, please try to make these prior to arrival & make sure to do all the necessary payments before checking in.
Q. Can I check-in before my start date?
If you want to arrive earlier this can be arranged on a weekly/nightly basis separate to your agreement and pending availability, please contact our booking team regarding this.
Q. Can I check-in after my start date?
If you wish to arrive later, your contract will still commence from your check-in date as detailed in your Confirmation Email.
Q. What documents I need to provide before my tenancy starts?
Copy of the letter from your university or school confirming that you have been accepted on a higher education course of study, Copy of your passport or government-issued ID, Copy of valid Visa if required entering the UK.
Q. Do I need to be a student to live in student accommodation?
Residents must be at least 18 years old or older and accepted on a full-time higher education study program at a London Educational Institution during the Accommodation Period or are accepted on a recognized study program for ages 16 years and above.
Q. Will I have to pay a deposit?
The booking deposit represents 5% of your accommodation fee and this amount must be paid in order to secure your studio. Your first installment will need to be paid in full prior to your arrival.
