have equally sized bedrooms and bathrooms, ideal for sharing. The homes all come with high speed
150 MB internet includes as standard. At the main entrance, you will find 24-hour security, as well as

*Guarantors will need to be UK based and meet our affordability and credit criteria.
If checking in within the next 8 weeks, you may book free of charge. For reservations further in the
future, we will request a holding deposit equivalent to 1 weeks’ rent. This holding deposit with be
credited towards your first month’s rent and is refundable in line with The Tenant Fees Act.
Q. Can I have some of the furniture removed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to remove items of furniture however you are free to remove and store at your own cost so long as all furniture is replaced at the end of your tenancy in the condition in which it was supplied. Get Living is not responsible for any costs related to this and reserve the right to charge for the replacement of any missing/damaged furniture.
Q. I want to change utility provider; am I free to do so?
Your water and hot water/heating suppliers are fixed and you, therefore, are not able to switch. You may change your electricity provider but we would ask that you notify us of the new provider as and when you vacate the property.
