A Booking Fee, which consists of a £250 refundable deposit shall be paid when receiving the tenancy agreement.
If you have signed your tenancy agreement you are bound to pay the rent for the fixed time period set out in your agreement.
If you vacate or leave the property prior to the end of the term of your tenancy you cannot claim a refund on any of the rent, money or fees paid unless a replacement tenant is found for the property.
If you are not granted a visa for entry and stay in the UK and your visa application is rejected within 8 weeks of the tenancy’s commencement date, you can claim your deposit back.
If sufficient evidence is provided no less than 8 weeks prior to the tenancy commencement proving that your visa application has been rejected, you can claim a refund of any rent, money or fees paid.
Q. What should I do if I need a taxi?
If you need a taxi to pick you up at the airport, you can let us know and we will book it for you.
Q. What should I bring?
Q. What happens if I arrive late, on bank holidays, on Saturdays, or on Sundays?
You are welcome to arrive during out-of-office hours. However, please let us know well in advance the approximate time of your arrival.
Q. What comes with my room?
Each room comes with a single bed with base storage, wardrobe, study desk and chair, side table, and an under-counter fridge.
Q. Is Internet Provided?
Yes!
Q. How does the cleaning service work?
Daily cleaning is provided in the common areas, our cleaners are onsite every day Monday-Saturday from 8am to 5pm. Please note that on departure your room needs to be in the same condition as on the first day of your tenancy; if not, cleaning fees will be deducted from your deposit.

Yes, we have CCTV and 24/ 7 staff on-site at all of our student residences.
Q. Can I invite some friends to stay?
Yes, overnight guests are allowed for maximum 3 nights at one time and need to be registered. To book your guests in, please sign the Forms at Reception.
Q. Can I smoke in my room?
No. There is a strict non-smoking and anti-drug policy in our buildings. Anyone caught smoking on site a £50 charge will be deducted from their deposit and anyone caught using illegal substances, we will contact the local authorities.
Q. Can I have the post delivered to the residence?
Yes, please make sure you add your name and your room number on the address.
Q. Can I move out earlier?
Yes, you can, but you will still need to pay the rent until your tenancy ends if a replacement tenant is not found.
