There is a £250 deposit to be paid at the time of booking, which is secured by the Deposit Protection Scheme. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided you don’t have any outstanding rent and you leave Phoenix Place clean, tidy and with no damage.
If you wish to pay in instalments, then you will need a guarantor. This is usually a parent or guardian but doesn’t need to be; they just need to be a UK resident over 18 years old who passes our credit check. If you do not have someone who can act as your guarantor, then please do still get in touch as there are other options.

Q. ARE THE ROOMS AVAILABLE FOR SHORT TERM LETS?
Yes, if you’re looking for a room for just a couple of months, or if your university term dates don’t run from September till July, then we can still accommodate you.

Q. DO I NEED A GUARANTOR?
