This vary as it depends when booking is made. at the moment the advanced rent payment at the moment is £200. This will change end of July/ August. I will advise the amount nearer to the time.
We offer 4 payment plans - pay in full, 3 instalments, UK student loan (4 instlaments with the dates around student loan being paid out) and 6 isntalment payment plan. Payment methods through student portal are - bank transfer, card payment or direct debit. Students can also make direct tansfer to our bank account - reservation team to provide details.

Cancellation will only be valid once Study Inn have received notice by email together with any details required by Study Inn.

9.1.1 In respect of a ‘Block Booking’

a. Cancellations in respect of Block Bookings will only be accepted at the sole discretion of Study Inn.
b. All payments of License Tariffs due in respect of block bookings will remain payable without refund unless Study Inn
confirm otherwise in writing.

9.1.2 In respect of individual room bookings

The initial payment is an Advanced Rent Payment which will be used against rent charges once the Period of License starts.
a. Up to 19 weeks before commencement of the Period of License:
i. The Agreement can be cancelled by the Occupier giving Study Inn written notice of the cancellation.
ii. In these circumstances there will be no transfer of the Agreement fee and the amount paid to Study Inn will be
returned to the Occupier in full.

b. Less than 19 weeks before commencement of the Period of License: -
i. The current Occupier will have no right to terminate the Agreement, unless a Replacement Occupier can be found
to take over the Agreement.
ii. The current Occupier is obligated to find the Replacement Occupier.
iii. In circumstances where a Replacement Occupier IS NOT FOUND, the current Occupier will not be released from the
current Agreement and will remain liable for the full contractual Occupation Tariff.
iv. In circumstances where a Replacement Occupier IS FOUND for the Agreement
i. the current Occupier will be released from the Agreement with effect from the start date of the new
Occupier’s Agreement, upon payment of a £50 transfer of the Agreement fee which will be deducted from
monies paid to Study Inn.
ii. the current Occupier will lose any entitlement to discount offered at the time of the booking and any refund
due will be calculated on the basis of liability for the full OccupationTariff.
iii. the current Occupier agrees that Study Inn may employ the services of an Agent to find a Replacement
Occupier. If the Replacement Occupier is found by an Agent, the current Occupier will be liable for commission due to the Agent and any refund due will be calculated in the basis of liability for the full Occupation Tariff.

Cancellation due to special circumstances:

i. The current Occupier will have the right to terminate the Agreement if their VISA has been declined and the Occupier is denied entry into the United Kingdom. The Occupier must give Study Inn written notice of the cancellation and provide proof of the declined VISA. The written notice must be received no later than 14 days prior to the start of the Period of License.In these circumstances, there will be a £50 transfer of the Agreement fee, which will be deducted from the monies paid to Study Inn. The remainder of the payments made to Study Inn will be returned to the Occupier and the Occupier will be released from the Agreement.
ii. The current Occupier will have the right to terminate the Agreement if their University application has been declined and the Occupier is denied studying at the university in the United Kingdom. The Occupiermust give Study Inn written notice of the cancellation and  provide proof of the declined University application. The written notice must be received no later than 14 days prior to the start of the Period of License. In these circumstances, there will be a £50 transfer of the Agreement fee, which will be deducted from the monies paid to Study Inn. The remainder of the payments made to Study Inn will be returned to the Occupier and the Occupier will be released from the Agreement.

c. During the Period of the License:
i. The current Occupier will have no right to terminate the Agreement, unless a Replacement Occupier can befound to take over the Agreement.
ii. The current Occupier is obligated to find the Replacement Occupier.
iii. In circumstances where a Replacement Occupier IS NOT FOUND, the current Occupier will not be released from the current Agreement and will remain liable for the full contractual Occupation Tariff.
iv. In circumstances where a Replacement Occupier IS FOUND for the Agreement
i. the current Occupier will be released from the Agreement with effect from the start date of the new Occupier’s Period of License, upon payment of a £50 transfer of the Agreement fee which will be deducted from monies paid to Study Inn.
ii. the original Occupier will lose any entitlement to discount offered at the time of the booking and any refund due will be calculated on the basis of liability for the full OccupationTariff.
iii. the current Occupier agrees that Study Inn may employ the services of an Agent to find a Replacement Occupier. If the Replacement Occupier is found by an Agent, the current Occupier will be liable for commission due to the Agent and any refund due will be calculated in the basis of liability for the full Occupation Tariff. Q. Do I need a UK guarantor?

No.

Q. Do I need to pay the damage deposit?

No.

Q. Can I move out during the agreement?

At any point you can move out during the License Agreement, but please note you are still responsible for the rent until a new student moves in. Our dedicated reservations team will aim to find a replacement as fast as possible.

Q. Can I choose where I wish to live?

Yes. As long as there is availability then you are eligible to choose to stay.

Q. Are there any additional fees to pay?

No additional fees are charged to move in.

Q. How long is the agreement?

The standard length of the License agreement is 51 weeks.

Q. What facilities are offered?

The property provides you with many facilities such as a fully serviced and fitted room, SKY TV, board rooms, TV lounges, X box and Play Station, gym and so much more. There is always something to do at your new home. 

Q. Can I move in early?

It depends as on the availability of the room.

Q. Do you have laundry facilities?

Yes.

Q. Is there any social space?

There is a fantastic study social space as well as regular events for all students to take part in. Also, this property has an outside garden space which will be secluded and available for the residents to use.

Q. What is the time duration to pay the advance rent deposit to receive a tenancy agreement and block the room?

The room allocation is based on first come first serve basis, request you to kindly pay the amount as soon as a notification is received.

Q. What are the extras?

We will be providing bicycles for the students to use free of charge while staying with us. They will be able to choose a bicycle at the beginning of the year and keep it for the duration of their stay or use them at ad-hoc. We will also provide padlocks.
