Rent Payment Options:

If a tenant doesn’t have a UK guarantor, can accept Housing Hand.
First rent payment must be made at least 7 days before the start of the tenancy.
If they cancel before the contracts are signed then they would just lose this holding deposit. If they have signed contracts then they would have to find replacements and could not just cancel the contract. However, should COVID measures impact this further LL’s may reconsider.
