Le Student 8 student accommodation is a part of a world-class hotel hence gives you the ultimate luxury that you would need to make your time memorable and comfortable at university. In each Studio you can enjoy a flat screen TV, study area, microwave to heat your food, you will have Wi-Fi, a personal telephone, and air conditioning so that no matter what the weather you will be comfortable. You can choose from a range of single studios and double studios. Both rooms have the same features however if looking for a bigger space then the double studio is the one for you. The management provides weekly room cleaning to all students, perfect for your hectic schedule. To make sure that everyone is well taken care of there are dedicated student liaisons, a weekly social events calendar that will help you in getting to know more students and socialising. There is a communal kitchen where you may cook with your friends, also it’s another place where you can unwind and relax in the company of your friends after a long day. $500 bond amount and 4 weeks' rent required for bookings equal to or more than 61 nights.

Le Student 8 melbourne is committed to providing quality accommodation designed to meet both short and long-term needs of tertiary students. to maintain this degree of flexibility it is important that each of our guests makes a commitment to a specific length of stay and fulfills it. with this in mind, please be aware of our cancellation policy and the penalties associated with the cancellation of a booking or the early termination of a license agreement.

if you cancels a booking regardless of the scheduled check-in date/post check-in, a four (04) week cancellation fee or the remaining total accommodation charges for the intended duration of stay for each week cancelled will apply.

Q. Is there a minimum length of stay ?

Q. Do I need to pay a security deposit?
Yes. you need to pay $550 at the time of the booking.
Q. What items do I need for checking in?
For a short-term stay (less than 4 weeks), you only need to bring a valid photo ID. You will need to make the full occupancy payment when you arrive along with a $100 security deposit. This deposit is refundable after a room inspection on departure.
If you have made a booking with Le Student 8 for more than 5 weeks, as well as your current photo ID, you will need your own linen, bed blankets, crockery, and cutlery. If you need to purchase these items on arrival, there are a number of supermarkets easily accessible from Le Student 8 Melbourne. Alternatively, you can pre-arrange linen packs and crockery/cooking packs to be awaiting your arrival. When you arrive, please obtain and sign a license to occupy agreement with our reception staff and pay for the first 3 weeks rent.
Q. Can I have internet access in my room? How much do I need to pay?
Yes, prices for internet access are $5 per day / $20 per week / $50 (28 days unlimited).
