    Deposit Amount: 

    The deposit amount varies from apartment to apartment. Generally, the refundable security deposit/bond is

    1. $2,500 for a furnished studio apartment
    2. $2,500 for a furnished 1 bedroom apartment
    3. $2,500 for a furnished 2 bedroom apartment

    The security deposit/bond is refunded back to you after your License to Occupy agreement has ended and your apartment has been inspected.

    Payment Info:

    You can pay the required fees and charges online using a debit or a credit card, through a bank transfer, or by making a cash deposit in person at an ANZ branch if you are already in Australia.

    When making your booking, once you have completed all documentation and provided proof of identity, payment of the following must be made in order to receive your final confirmation for your reservation.

    1. One cycle of rent. (Depending on what you have chosen – fortnightly, every 4 weeks, or the entire stay upfront)
    2. One cycle of internet service fees (If selected
    3. Exit clean fee
    4. Refundable security deposit / bond
    5. If paying by credit card, we use Integra Pay to provide a secure payment service. Integra Pay will charge you a processing fee of around 3.5%.

    Payment Plan:

    You can pay in installments or in Full.

    The first cycle of rent is due when you make your reservation. It is only after payment is made that your reservation is confirmed

    You may choose to pay your rent periodically. The periodic rent cycle options are:

    • Every 2 weeks in advance
    • Every 4 weeks in advance

    You may choose to pay for your entire stay upfront at the time of signing your License to Occupy. A 5% discount is applicable to rent and any extra services selected if you choose this option. The discount is applicable only to stays of six months or longer.

    Booking Info

    If you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before you are due to check-in, you will get back 100% of the amount that you have paid.

    If you cancel your reservation between 30 and 60 days before you are due to check-in, you will get back 50% of the amount that you have paid.

    Otherwise, if you cancel your reservation inside 30 days of your agreed check in date, you not get any refund. You will forfeit 100% of the money you have paid.

    Q What is the minimum length of stay accepted?
    Depending on the time of the year and season, we offer different contract lengths which can vary from 52 weeks, 44 weeks, 26 weeks to short term stays. If you are wishing to lease one of our furnished apartments for less than 26 weeks, please speak to our reservation team.

    Q Can I inspect before booking?
    Yes of course you may choose to view the furnished apartment and the building facilities in person before finalising your reservation.Contact our reservations team to make an appointment. Remember that we must give our current tenants a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, so ensure that you allow enough time.

    Q How much needs to be paid when booking?

    Once the License to Occupy has been signed, to finalise the booking the following amounts need to be paid so that the reservation is confirmed:

    1– Either 2 weeks, 4 weeks or the entire occupancy period rent in advance

    2– If required, unlimited internet fee for the corresponding period of rent paid (as per point 1 above)

    3- The once off exit clean fee of either

    4- The refundable bond / security deposit.

    Q  What is the best time to book?
    We suggest that once you have decided on your University, or have received your job offer, you should start looking for your furnished accommodation options. You should book the accommodation as early as possible, to ensure that you get your ideal furnished apartment and to take advantage of any early bird discounts
