The security deposit/bond is refunded back to you after your License to Occupy agreement has ended and your apartment has been inspected.
You can pay the required fees and charges online using a debit or a credit card, through a bank transfer, or by making a cash deposit in person at an ANZ branch if you are already in Australia.
When making your booking, once you have completed all documentation and provided proof of identity, payment of the following must be made in order to receive your final confirmation for your reservation.

The first cycle of rent is due when you make your reservation. It is only after payment is made that your reservation is confirmed
You may choose to pay your rent periodically. The periodic rent cycle options are:
You may choose to pay for your entire stay upfront at the time of signing your License to Occupy. A 5% discount is applicable to rent and any extra services selected if you choose this option. The discount is applicable only to stays of six months or longer.
If you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before you are due to check-in, you will get back 100% of the amount that you have paid.
If you cancel your reservation between 30 and 60 days before you are due to check-in, you will get back 50% of the amount that you have paid.
Otherwise, if you cancel your reservation inside 30 days of your agreed check in date, you not get any refund. You will forfeit 100% of the money you have paid.
Q Can I book an apartment without viewing?
Yes, most definitely. Most of our bookings are finalised online by people who have not yet arrived in Melbourne. The process is very simple and if you have any questions whilst you are completing the reservations, feel free to contact our Reservations Team. We will be delighted to assist.

Depending on the time of the year and season, we offer different contract lengths which can vary from 52 weeks, 44 weeks, 26 weeks to short term stays. If you are wishing to lease one of our furnished apartments for less than 26 weeks, please speak to our reservation team.
Q How safe are the buildings?
Most of our properties have top class security systems, CCTV cameras electronic entrances, secure electronic elevator access to your level, high security registered keys to your apartment. However, you must abide by the policies of the property to help ensure the safety and security of one and all.
Q Can I get parking?
We are able to offer car parking at many of our locations. In some instances where the building you have chosen does not have car parking available, we may be able to arrange car parking in a neighbouring building.Car parking is an optional extra ranging from $70 - $120 per week, depending on location. A minimum booking of 7 nights applies for all car parking
