If you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before you are due to check-in, you will get back 100% of the amount that you have paid.
If you cancel your reservation between 30 and 60 days before you are due to check-in, you will get back 50% of the amount that you have paid.
Otherwise, if you cancel your reservation inside 30 days of your agreed check in date, you not get any refund. You will forfeit 100% of the money you have paid.
Q. Do I need to provide an exact vacate date, what if I am not sure?
In the majority of instances, when leasing one of our furnished apartments, you will need to nominate a termination date of the License to Occupy agreement. A minimum of thirty-five days prior to the agreed termination date, our staff will contact you to discuss your intentions. Your options will be to:
The alternative is that you commit to an agreed minimum license to occupy period and you may give a minimum of 28 days notice to vacate at any time, so long as you do not vacate prior to the agreed date in your agreement.
