A deposit amount in the form of bond is required in order to confirm a booking.
• Security bond equal to 2 weeks of rent
• 2 weeks of rent in advance
• Optional 4 weeks of utility levies (unlimited Internet connection fee, movie channel, local phone line)
• Application and administration fee of $120
After your rent ends, your security bond will be refunded to you if the unit is well maintained.
A tenancy contract is generated by the property. In order to confirm a booking, the student is required to sign and accept the terms laid out in the contract, pay the bond fee and clear the pre check in formalities.
