Q1: If I submit an application does that mean I am booked?
A1: No, it simply means that we have received your application and can commence the booking process. If you are eligible, you will receive a Letter of Offer from the Reservations Team. Once you have signed and returned your Letter of Offer and paid your deposit, your booking has been confirmed.
Q2: Is bike storage an additional charge?
A2: Bike storage is provided to all resident at no additional charge.
Q3: Can I bring my pet with me?
A3: Unfortunately pets will not be accepted at this property.
Q4: What fees are payable to reserve my booking?
A4: To secure your booking we require an advance deposit, which is an amount equal to two (2) weeks’ rent (inclusive of GST).
Q5: When will the advanced booking amount be charged?
A5: The advanced booking deposit will be requested for payment once your booking enquiry has been approved.
Q6: What currency are the prices quoted in?
A6: Room rates are quoted in Australian Dollars.
Q7: What date can I move into the property?
A7: We will be welcoming new residents from Monday the 2 July 2018.
Q8: My flight is arriving late at night, therefore can you accommodate a late check in?
A8: Yes, we kindly ask that you advise us that a late check in is required at the time of your booking.
Q9: Is there car parking available to residents?
A9: Yes – car parking will be available for an additional fee. Spaces are limited.
