A non-refundable deposit payment of the first 2 weeks fees plus the client's requested booking fee is required to secure a booking.
All Fees (except the Pre-Payment) must be paid not less than 1 week in advance by direct bank deposit. Weeks are calculated from Friday to the following Thursday inclusive. All Fees are processed weekly on a Friday in advance for the following week.
All booking fees are remitted monthly, or quarterly basis to the client, less any international transaction fees that may be incurred.
Any booking of fewer than 28 days will incur a one-off $50 short stay surcharge, payable with the first Fees (deposit) payment.
Students are required to provide a credit card imprint to the value of 4 full weeks rent (Pre-payment), at time of orientation in place of bond payment, to recover any issues if a breach of contract is done.
Not less than 4 weeks' notice in writing is required to be given if a Student wishes to leave the premises prior to a booked departure date and upon submission of revised departure date, all rental payments and early departure fees owing up to that revised departure date must be paid immediately in full.
An Early Departure fee equal to 1 weeks' total rental will be charged when the guest chooses to move out prior to the booked departure date, this fee is collected along with the remaining rent upon submission of the revised departure date
Cancellations must be advised prior to the student's check-in date, otherwise, the booking treated as being taken and the guest is liable for the standard notice period, that is 4 weeks' notice and liable for the rental fees for that period. Link2 may charge such fees to the guest's credit card as provided at the time of booking.
Q. What does my rent exclude?
Your rent does not include:
* Car Parking - $15 per week - spaces are limited and are subject to availability
* Cost of telephone calls
* Extra internet data after you have used your provision
* Cleaning of your unit
* Meals
Q. What is included in the rent??
The rent includes:
* Occupancy fee of your furnished unit
* Electricity,
* Hot and cold water,
* Telephone connection and telephone line rental,
* Provision of the internet, the amount of internet data is dependent on the lease term
* Use of all facilities including swimming pool, gym and library
* Weekly social events
Q. Where is laundry?
There is a separate laundry in each apartment fitted with washing machine, dryer and laundry tubs. Excessive use will result in additional electricity charges.
Q. What do i need to bring?
Linen - sheets/towels, personal items and consumables.
Q. Can I make a request for flat mates to live with?

Q. Is car parking available?
Yes, Car parking is available. If you wish to secure a car park space it will cost an once off admin fee of $50.00, a refundable deposit fee of $40 and $15 per week.
