Be just a few minutes away from the university campus and with buses plying every 10mins will only make it more convenient. Enjoy great communal facilities such as terrace, games rooms, private cinema, open spaces and so much more. Choose to live in a Studio or 5 – 6 Bedroom Apartment.
All rooms at Atira Glen Road student accommodation are well furnished and you will find them to be thoughtfully designed as well to ensure that you have a great experience. Share space with your friend in a Twin Studio, sharing a brilliant spacious room with an en-suite bathroom and a fully fitted kitchen. If you are looking to live with your friends or other university students but need the privacy of your own room then choose from a 4 or 6 bedroom apartment. It is perfect when looking for a more social set up with a shared living space and kitchen area – perfect for those in-house parties or pre-drinking seshs. The property understands that some of you would like a more intimate setting which is why there are self-contained Studios where you will have your own room, bathroom, kitchen, study space and living area. You can choose when to have your friends over and when to study uninterrupted. There is more to the property besides well-done rooms. A Private Cinema to enjoy all the latest releases or matches with the rest of the students, or a Leafy Terrace to enjoy the sunny weather. There is a Games Room for when you are looking to unwind with your friends. There are plenty of Outdoor Spaces as well for you to enjoy and the Study Room is perfect for when you are looking to work on a presentation with your group or working on your research in peace. The property also has a good-sized Pool.
When looking to venture out over the weekend or when simply looking for a break, you will love the bars around Atira Glen Road Brisbane. Royal Exchange Hotel, in particular, is brilliant and is just across the road making it convenient too. Head here for a night out with friends or just a few cold beers! If you are in need to pick up something to eat real quick in between breaks then Tokyo Express is your place. It is just a few minutes from the property making it less time-consuming.

A range of studio apartments, Multi-Bedroom Apartments and Twin share studio is offered in this accommodation. Every building will have a different mix of rooms with different options.
Q. What’s included in my rent?
Your rent includes power, water and internet. You also get access to communal areas including a gym and games rooms and so much more.
Q. Do you allow for a short-term stay?
Yes, the short-term stay is under a 6-month period.

Q. Can I use public transport, is it close?
Public transport is one of the considerations for the placement of this accommodation. Train and bus stations are usually less than a 5-minute walk away.

Depending on the size of the room you will either have a single, king single or double bed.

Q. Are we allowed to drink alcohol in the building or smoke on the balconies?
In this accommodation, it states that no smoking or alcohol is allowed on the premises. Drunk and disorderly behaviour is not tolerated in student accommodation.
