Min. Stay 44 weeks
A minimum deposit of two weeks rent required to secure the room. The room is secured, the tenant has to pay 4 weeks rent (bond) in addition to the two-week deposit before they can move in.
Rent payments are made fortnightly, the two-week deposit covers the first two weeks' rent so no need to pay more until toward the end of their second week staying with us.
Canceled applications will lose their two-week deposit if it has been paid. Once the lease is signed they cannot cancel.
