need, and there is no need to purchase any furniture or white goods! Just minutes walk to QUT
Kelvin Grove and Brisbane City, these rooms won’t last long. The rental payment covers all
outgoings, providing hassle free accommodation and simple budgeting.
Deluxe Ensuite Room is nicely built holding good storage and living space covering an area of approximately 9-11sqm. The apartment comes equipped with a private ensuite bathroom, king single bed with mattress protector, study desk and chair, ceiling fan, large wardrobe for a comfortable stay at the property.

A minimum deposit of two weeks rent required to secure the room. The room is secured, the tenant has to pay 4 weeks rent (bond) in addition to the two-week deposit before they can move in.
Rent can be paid on a fortnightly or monthly basis. All tenants’ must use their unique reference code when making payments & remain in advance with their rental payments at all times.
Most tenants choose to make direct bank deposits from their local Australian bank account one they have it set-up. Tenants can also accept Alipay, WeChat Pay or Cohort Go which can facilitate international payments from most countries.
Canceled applications will lose their two-week deposit if it has been paid. Once the lease is signed they cannot cancel.

Buses operate to the Brisbane CBD very frequently (15minutes) from Sir Fred
Schonell Drive (300m) and Carmody Road (250m)
