kitchen/lounge/dining room. Just minutes walk to regular buses and across the road from KFC,
these rooms won’t last long. Moy Street is the first street from QUT Kelvin Grove that you do not
require a car parking permit and there are plenty of car parks! The rental payment covers all
outgoings, providing hassle free accommodation and simple budgeting.
The room is sufficiently built providing ample space for living. Keeping in mind the privacy of a student, it offers a private bedroom, shared bathroom, shared kitchen, and living area. It offers amenities for a comfortable stay at the property.

A minimum deposit of two weeks rent required to secure the room. The room is secured, the tenant has to pay 4 weeks rent (bond) in addition to the two-week deposit before they can move in.
Rent can be paid on a fortnightly or monthly basis. All tenants’ must use their unique reference code when making payments & remain in advance with their rental payments at all times.
Most tenants choose to make direct bank deposits from their local Australian bank account one they have it set-up. Tenants can also accept Alipay, WeChat Pay or Cohort Go which can facilitate international payments from most countries.
Canceled applications will lose their two-week deposit if it has been paid. Once the lease is signed they cannot cancel.
Q. Is Maintenance Included?
Yes, All Yard maintenance is included in the rent.
Q. Is Property furnished?
Unit common area is a fully furnished and equipped kitchen with all cooking utensils.
