@the Lodge UNIVERSITY LIVING is a great place for domestic and international students as it offers all the on-campus amenities, off-campus. This furnished student townhomes in Weatherford, OK community has two-bed and two-bath, four-bed and four-bath fully furnished apartments. The kitchens are well-equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice maker, garbage disposal and a stove/oven. Do your laundry at your convenience as there are washers/dryers in each unit. There is also free hi-speed Wi-Fi connectivity.
Stay healthy and fit with the 24-hour fitness center which comes with cardio equipment and a sand volleyball court. If group study sessions are your thing then you can use the 24-hour study area with a dry-erase board and the 24-hour computer lounge. Don’t wonder what to do over the weekend, there are plenty of more social activities and events you can attend. There are a BBQ grilling station and a picnic area and a fireplace in the clubhouse where you can snuggle up and read. Once this Housing Agreement is signed by Owner and Resident, Resident can terminate occupancy by providing written notice to Owner and by fully vacating the premises, provided that in all cases Resident will remain fully responsible for the Total Rent that would have accrued under this Housing Agreement, through the end of the full original Term.
No exception can be made for financial hardship, academic changes, family matters, medical issues, roommate conflict, or any other reason. Any charges associated with damage to a bedroom space, apartment, or the Property or Resident’s failure to vacate completely upon termination, will be payable in addition to the foregoing amount.
After such termination, the Owner will use its commercially reasonable efforts to contract with other individuals for the use of all available bedroom spaces, including the bedroom space vacated by Resident; if and when all such available bedroom spaces at the Property are fully assigned and occupied and no bedroom spaces remain vacant, Resident will receive a credit equal to the remaining charges that would have accrued under this Housing Agreement, prorated from such date through the end of the original term hereof, less a $200 cancellation/marketing fee which is in addition to all other charges provided.

Q. Can I choose where I live?
We do accept location requests as entered into the Interest page on the application, but requests are not guaranteed and will be taken on a first come first served basis according to lease sign dates and availability.
Q. Can I live with my friends?
All applications include a “preferred roommate” field for you to list any requested roommates. We cannot guarantee any roommate requests, but we do our best to keep requested roommates together based on availability.
Q. Do you allow couples?
Anyone can live in our units as long as they meet our qualification guidelines.
Q. How do you decide who I live with?
The online housing application includes an Interest page with several questions related to cleaning habits, sleeping habits, studying habits, hobbies, etc. This data is used for roommate matching. We do not guarantee a perfect match for all roommates.
Q. Can I change rooms if I am unhappy with my allocated roommate?
You can transfer units based on availability. Transfer fees and documentation will be required before you can pick up new keys.
Q. What utilities are included?
Internet, garbage, and water are all included in your rent. Electric is also included, with a monthly allowance of $50 per 2 bedrooms, $40 per 3 bedrooms, and $30 per 4 bedroom apartment. You are responsible for any overage. There is a service fee of $60 for Conservice Utility Management per resident payable annually which covers the cost of service for billing roommates for any utility charges, making it easier for everyone.
