Amenities
The floor plans at 901 Western have 1, 2, 3, and 4 bedrooms, a living area and a fair sized kitchen. The living space is furnished and has drapes on the windows. The units are cable ready and there is a 42” flat screen for television viewing along with super fast internet access and a washer-dryer. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the place is cool in warm months and there is heating for the autumn and winter. The kitchen has basic appliances like a dishwasher, range, microwave, disposal and refrigerator. The bedrooms are large with full sized beds, select rooms also have attached baths and fairly wide double vanities. You can enjoy a relaxed evening by grilling and drinking in the outdoors paces like the BBQ stations and the courtyard where there are dedicated picnic zones. The fitness centre has all the latest exercising equipment. There are bike racks for avid cyclists.

The Meadowbrook Park and Interpretive Centre has lovely exhibits about historic interpretation and wildlife and also is the venue for regular art shows.

The rental installment is your monthly payment for rent. You are charged a total rent amount for the lease term divided into equal installments. Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
We accept check, cashier's check, and money orders in our leasing office, made payable to 901 Western. All payments received in the leasing office will be electronically processed. For your convenience, we will also offer an online payment option. We are unable to accept cash.

Q. What about utilities?
Your utilities: electric, water, sewer, trash, and recycling will be set up and ready to go the day you move in. Water, sewer, trash, and recycling are included. Each apartment will be metered for the electric usage and we'll divide the bills up for each roommate and apply them to their account.
Q. Do you have a roommate matching service?
Yes, we do. Part of the application packet is a roommate matching form that you will be required to complete. This form will ask you questions about your social habits, study habits, and additional questions to help us match you with residents that indicate similar preferences.
