Rent is due the first of each month. Property accepts online payments through E-Check or Credit Card payments on Resident Portal. Not accepting manual or cash payments unfortunately. If you click on the "Pay Your Rent" shortcut link under "Residents", you can easily make payments on a monthly basis, or if you wish, you can set up recurring payments. Setting up an account also allows you to track your payment history. "Pay Your Rent" gives you control of timely payments and helps avoid late charges. Q. What furniture is provided?
Each unit is fully furnished with a 40” flat screen television, couch, coffee table, and chairs in the living room and dining area. Every bedroom comes with a full-size bed with storage, nightstand, and a desk.
Q. What does the monthly rate include?
The monthly rent includes ALL utilities! High-speed internet, cable TV with HBO, electricity with “Green Caps”, water, sewer, and trash.
Q. Do you allow pets?
They are pet friendly, but the size and weight of your pet must be approved and registered by the property manager.
