Q. What should I expect on move-in day?
Our residents should expect a super-organized move-in process. You’ll be greeted on check-in by an enthusiastic and smiling member of the Letter9 Crew (you’ll know who they are because they are the ones wearing the bright shirts that say CREW), you’ll get your keys, we’ll show you to your suite, and you’ll be home. Parents should expect a cold drink and delicious snacks.
Q. Are leases for families with children available?
Yes! Our policy is included here for family occupants with a child(ren) under the age of eighteen (18) who is domiciled with (i) at least one parent, legal guardian, or another person having legal custody of the child under the age of eighteen, or (ii) the designee of such parent or other person having such custody, with the written permission of such parent or other person.
