Your lease contract values the rent as a sum due for the entirety of the contract (lease start to lease end date). That total is then split into 12 equal installments over the course of that term. Rent can be paid in one lump sum prior to moving in, or can be paid in the 12 equal installments at the beginning of each month of the contract.
Lease is binding and cannot be broken. If you cannot live at the property after signing your lease, you will need to re-let. Contact a Unilodgers booking specialist for any further clarifications.
Q. What is an individual lease?
An individual lease is a per-bed lease. You sign a lease for a bed in the apartment and share common areas with roommates. This allows you to live with roommates without having to worry about whether they’re going to pay on time. You do have the option to lease out the entire unit, should you choose to do so.
Q. Are pets allowed on-site?
No pets are not allowed.
